We are looking for an experienced all round general practice RICS Surveyor to join us covering commercial properties across South-West London and North-East Surrey. Wimbledon based, covering South-West London & North-East Surrey.

About the role:

  • Role type: Part-time may lead to Full Time
  • Location: Office based
  • Hours: 3 days per week / Mon-Wed-Fri, 9am–5.30pm / flexible, can be discussed
  • Salary/Package: for 3 days £30,000 p.a / DOE, Competitive, Bonus/Commission, Car allowance, Holiday pay
  • Start date: T.B.C

Key Responsibilities:

  • A mixed role including Agency and Professional Work
  • Agency, includes industrial, shops and offices, conducting viewings, negotiate offers and agree Heads of Terms with clients and their advisers
  • Prepare market appraisals and marketing strategies for landlord/vendor clients
  • RICS Red Book valuations
  • Landlord & Tenant lease renewal, rent reviews
  • Advise on management portfolio
  • Covering Merton, Wandsworth, Kingston & Croydon.

  • Agency and professional surveying experience essential with a proven agency/professional practice background
  • RICS qualification (MRICS or equivalent)

  • Driving licence/own car required
  • Self-motivated, client-focused, able to work independently.
