We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Installer/Fitter to join our team. This is a field-based role requiring travel to high-end residential projects across the UK. As the final touchpoint in our client journey, you will be responsible for bringing our designs to life. You will take ownership of the installation process, transforming technical plans into reality with precision and care. You will work autonomously on-site, ensuring that the installation quality mirrors the excellence of our manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Precision Installation: Assemble and fit luxury bespoke kitchens and cabinetry to exacting standards.
- Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret complex architectural plans and joinery drawings.
- Quality Control: Ensure all components are fitted with the highest level of craftsmanship, maintaining tight tolerances and perfect finishes.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace within client homes.
- Experience: Proven track record in high-end kitchen installation, bespoke joinery, or fine cabinetry fitting.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of joinery techniques, scribing, and the proper use of precision power and hand tools.
- Professionalism: Experience working in luxury residential environments; you must be presentable, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills for client-facing interaction.
- Autonomy: The ability to work independently, solve problems on-site creatively, and manage your own time effectively.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to sites across the UK (and stay overnight where required).
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) is preferred.
