We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive, team-oriented attitude to join our warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a first-class 3PL service by supporting the efficient handling, processing, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient picking and packing of orders ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Unload containers safely and efficiently.
- Moving inventory in a timely and safe manner.
- Carry out real time checks on quantities and product numbers.
- Ensure that all areas of the warehouse are maintained with a high standard of housekeeping.
- Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are followed.
- All other operational duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and reliable individuals with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow clear processes and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in pick/pack/processing or forklift operation is desirable but not essential.
Training & Progression:
- Full training will be provided.
- Opportunity to upskill, including fork truck training, for those looking to progress and develop new skills.

Job Particulars
- Starting Salary: £32,240 (More with FLT experience)
- Starting Salary for the night shift is made up of a normal hourly rate combined with an unsocial hour's allowance.
- Employment Type: Full Time – Part Time Considered.
- Hours per Week: 40 Hours over 4 nights.
- Working Hours: Set shifts of 10 hours per day between 8pm-6:30am, TBC.
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday.
