A full time vacancy has become available for someone to join our very busy Lettings Property Management department, within our Low Fell branch.
This position is entirely office based and is an administration and customer service based role. You will manage a portfolio of properties that will involve liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors daily and so it is essential that you have excellent customer service and time management skills. The successful applicant will work as part of a team in a fast paced and busy environment.
The role will also involve general office duties and will suit a multi-tasking individual capable of handling data-input, answering calls and prioritising their workload to maximum efficiency.
Any specific experience in lettings would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and be confident in liaising with all parties involved. You should be able to cope and solve problems while under pressure. You will also have to be comfortable with using an IT based system.

Responsibilities of the job:
- Responsible for the management of a portfolio of properties
- Process quarterly inspection reports and discuss findings with Landlords and Tenants
- Arrange and carry out tenancy agreement and relevant document signings
- Organising and processing tenancy agreement renewals
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and Local Authorities
- Referencing of potential tenants & processing applications
- Deal with maintenance issues efficiently including instructing the most suited contractors and liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Standard office duties like filing, typing and general admin tasks
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required
This is a full time role, the office hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work a Saturday morning 9am-1pm on a rota basis.
