Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Contracts Manager position based in Cambridgeshire. The Contracts Manager will oversee and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Managing project schedules and budgets
  • Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction project management, including managing contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, safety regulations, and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret contracts, identify potential risks, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations
