Join one of the UK’s leading five-star house builders as a Site Manager on a brand-new development of 130 timber frame homes in Cambridge. With a strong pipeline of quality projects, we’re looking for an experienced, driven professional to help us deliver excellence – from the ground up.
The Role:
- Report directly to the Project Manager and support the successful delivery of this major development
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met
- Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials on-site
- Maintain top-tier NHBC/build quality standards
- Lead daily briefings and ensure the site runs efficiently and professionally
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager looking for a step up in residential construction
- Track record of working with volume builders
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
