ACR are working with a multi-award winning housebuilder who are on the lookout for a Site Manager to work on a new build housing project in Cambridge. Our client has an extensive pipeline of projects in London and the surronding areas and they are looking to secure someone on a temporary basis. As a Temporary Finishing Manager, you will support the Senior Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Your main responsibilities will be taking units from 1st, 2nd fix and finishing stages through to handover. What is required from you: * Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. * Available to start immediately * Hold in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates Please apply now to be considered for this opportunity
