ACR are working with a multi-award winning residential developer who are currently looking to source and External biased Site Manager to oversee the façade packages across a large-scale RC frame proejct. Our client has an extensive pipeline of projects in London, and they are looking to secure someone on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Temporary External Manager, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites. Your responsibilities will include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing site documentation, and assisting in the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
