Established four years ago, they have experienced steady growth and specialise in traditional build projects ranging from bespoke luxury homes to developments of 15 20 units.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Buyer to join their team, also open to ambitious Assistants that are looking to take the next step up in their career.

Key Responsibilities * Procure materials, plant and subcontract packages for multiple residential construction projects. * Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers. * Ensure materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time to meet construction programmes. * Work closely with the Construction, Commercial and Technical teams to understand project requirements and procurement schedules. * Monitor supplier performance, quality and lead times. * Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or programme. * Assist with b...
