ACR are currently working alongside a reputable and long-standing M&E specialist who are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support Mechanical & Electrical projects by managing project documentation and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information is issued to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation for M&E works.
- Register, issue, and archive drawings and documents.
- Maintain document registers, revision control, and transmittals.
- Ensure only approved documents are issued to site and project teams.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Track document status and support project close-out and handover.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within M&E or construction.
- Familiarity with M&E drawings, technical submittals, and O&M manual.
- Experience using EDMS such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, Procore, or SharePoint.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- CAD experience preferred but not necessary.
