The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

ACR are working with a successful House Builder who are looking to recruit a skilled Architectural Designer to join their team.

Duties include:

  • Reviewing and maintaining the companies preferred English housing portfolio and standard details
  • Liaising with, and support of, other department in providing technical information and assisting with technical issues relating to regulations and the product
  • Visiting sites to assess our product and identify improvements
  • Working alongside the sustainability team to be able to provide information on measures that may reduce our carbon footprint through design
  • Keep up to date with any future changes in Building Regulations that may impact the company or their product, by proactively researching for information to fully understand internal and external customer needs

For this role, you must have:

  • HNC/HND or Architectural related degree
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Experience producing drawings for house builders
