Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be working with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to run a busy kitchen. You will be creating exciting and delicious dishes to be served to our guests.
