About the Role: Come and join our team as a Sous‑Chef and let your passion and personality shine. As a Sous‑Chef you will work alongside the Head Chef to run a busy kitchen, creating exciting and delicious dishes for guests. The role suits someone who has worked in a similar environment previously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knife skills to prepare dishes with the finest ingredients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date allergen training and write the allergen matrix with the Head Chef.
- Keep the kitchen clean and ensure food labelling meets standards.
- Assist with ordering through Procure Wizard and manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Share knowledge with junior staff, including Junior Sous, CDPs, KPs, and Commis.
