About the Role
We\’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused early riser to join our Spa team as a Public Area Cleaner. Working 5am-9am across five days a week, you\’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our award-winning Garden Spa by L\’OCCITANE, including spa treatment areas, changing rooms, relaxation room, and poolside spaces.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a calm environment and takes pride in their work. It\’s a key part of delivering our guest promise – making sure everything is perfect and pristine, ready for when the spa opens each day.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Thorough cleaning of public areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, showers, changing areas, corridors, poolside, Sauna, Steam room, and relaxation spaces.
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, well-presented, and stocked with necessary amenities.
- Using cleaning equipment and materials in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.
- Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team with ad hoc duties when needed.
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a spa/hospitality setting is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
