About the Role

We\’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused early riser to join our Spa team as a Public Area Cleaner. Working 5am-9am across five days a week, you\’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our award-winning Garden Spa by L\’OCCITANE, including spa treatment areas, changing rooms, relaxation room, and poolside spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a calm environment and takes pride in their work. It\’s a key part of delivering our guest promise – making sure everything is perfect and pristine, ready for when the spa opens each day.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  1. Thorough cleaning of public areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, showers, changing areas, corridors, poolside, Sauna, Steam room, and relaxation spaces.
  2. Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, well-presented, and stocked with necessary amenities.
  3. Using cleaning equipment and materials in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.
  4. Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team with ad hoc duties when needed.

Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a spa/hospitality setting is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
