Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knife skills to prepare dishes with the finest ingredients.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date allergen training and write the allergen matrix with the Head Chef.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and ensure food labelling meets standards.
  • Assist with ordering through Procure Wizard and manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
  • Share knowledge with junior staff, including Junior Sous, CDPs, KP’s, and Commis.
