Sales Manager (Part-Time – 24 hours per week)
Location: The Bath Priory, Bath
The Bath Priory, part of the Brownsword family of hotels, enjoys a wonderful location just a short walk from Bath city centre, with a bus stop right outside. Set within four acres of multi-award-winning gardens, the hotel is a stunning Georgian house built from honey-coloured Bath stone, offering 33 luxurious bedrooms. We are proud to have held 5-star awards for over ten years and are now seeking a passionate and commercially minded Sales Manager to help drive new business and grow revenue for our beautiful hotel.
The Role
Come and join our family as a Sales Manager, where your personality, creativity, and commercial flair will play a key role in growing our business. Our culture is incredibly important to us. We believe in thoughtfulness, collaboration, and building genuine relationships – both with our guests and with one another. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business and developing existing relationships across corporate, leisure, meetings, events, and private dining. Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you will help position The Bath Priory as a destination of choice in Bath and beyond. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), offering flexibility while giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the hotel’s commercial performance.

At the heart of the hotel is our celebrated 3 AA Rosette Priory Restaurant, offering refined seasonal dining with spectacular views over our award-winning gardens. Alongside this sits our relaxed and vibrant Pantry Restaurant, our elegant terrace for alfresco dining, and a range of private spaces ideal for events, celebrations, and meetings. Your role will be to showcase all that we offer, creating compelling reasons for guests, businesses, and event planners to choose The Bath Priory.
