As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be working with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to run a busy kitchen. You will be creating exciting and delicious dishes to be served to our guests. This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar environment previously.

- As a senior member of the kitchen team, you'll be responsible for managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
