Location: The Slaughters Country Inn, set in one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages. The hotel holds 5 AA Gold Stars for Guest Accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, offering a relaxed yet professional environment. On-site or off-site staff accommodation may be available, plus free on-site parking.

Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team and ensure exceptional service for guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.
  • Know the menu well to advise guests and answer questions confidently.
  • Recruit and train new staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships across all departments.
  • Ensure guests have a memorable experience and uphold the hotel’s standards.
  • Support flexible work rotas and maintain a fair life/work balance while meeting business needs.
  • Contribute to a culture of thoughtfulness towards colleagues and guests.
