With 5 AA red stars, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and membership of Relais & Châteaux, Gidleigh Park is recognized as one of the best hotels and restaurants in the UK, offering unique learning and development opportunities.

Gidleigh Park is open Tuesday to Saturday, guaranteeing most employees Sundays and Mondays off. The hotel may offer on-site staff accommodation and provides free on-site parking.

Service Charge: We pay our team a monthly service charge, which is pooled and fully shared among all staff. This can amount to approximately £395 per month (around £4,750 annually) for full-time employees.
