Responsibilities:- Work with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
- Run your own section of the kitchen and lead a team.
- Apply and refine knife skills, while learning new techniques from senior chefs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date allergen training and ensure food safety.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized – everyone is responsible.
- Label food properly to avoid spoilage.
- Share knowledge with new and budding chefs and commis entering the industry.
