Location: This role is based at our Head Office in Bath.

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday.

As Group Head of Marketing, you will lead the evolution of our brand, guest demand and commercial marketing strategy across the collection. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape how our stories are told, how our brands grow, and how marketing contributes to revenue, direct bookings and long-term brand equity. Working as part of the central support team for the group, operating from our stunning office in the heart of Bath, you will collaborate with the hotel central support team and our amazing properties.

What you'll be doing:

  • Execute and optimise the existing brand strategy to support trading performance, guest growth and market penetration.
  • Ensure exceptional brand consistency across all touchpoints, working closely with internal teams.
  • Be brilliant at communicating our story and personality through all mediums.
  • Public Relations & Reputation Management – Oversee outsourced PR efforts to build and protect the brand reputation.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Implement best-in-class digital marketing strategies to maximise SEO, PPC, and CRM effectiveness.
  • Coach property social media champions.
  • Lead graphic design creation & drive branding implementation through our senior designer.
  • Develop a best-in-class marketing asset ecosystem to support hotels, campaigns and experiences.
  • Own marketing strategy in support of revenue, direct bookings and seasonal trading priorities.
  • Influence pricing, promotions, audience strategy, demand generation and commercial planning alongside Revenue teams.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing marketing function.
  • Lead agency and external partner relationships.
