Location: One of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.
SERVICE CHARGE - We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel - every penny received is paid out to the team. Service charge can be in the region of £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over and above base pay, for a full-time employee. The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation in order to help the newest members of the team settle into life at the hotel and local area, plus free parking is available on-site.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will keep all front of house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome our wonderful guests. Experience in a housekeeping role or similar is essential.
- From cleaning rooms to cleaning the lounge, you’ll play a massive part in making our beautiful hotel look and feel welcoming.
- Checking all areas of the hotel, to ensure they are ready for our guests to arrive.
- Leading by example, and teaching the less experienced housekeeping staff to be as fabulous as you are.
- Keeping up to date on all COSHH training.
- Helping each other across departments.
