The Bath Priory (part of the Brownsword family of hotels) is located in Bath, a short walk from the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey‑coloured Bath stone, surrounded by four acres of award‑winning gardens.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to host guests from check‑in to check‑out, book tables, advise on local hot spots, and ensure memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Host guests from check‑in to check‑out.
- Book tables, recommend local spots, engage in conversation.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
- Assist with duties across departments when needed.
Compensation
Competitive base pay plus service charge (~£160 per month, ~£2,000 per year) and tips.
