As a Chef De Partie, you will work as part of a passionate team of chefs and play a crucial part in serving delicious dishes for our guests to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be working with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
  • Our CDP’s run their own section of the kitchen.
  • As a skilled chef, you’ll get to test your knife skills while learning new techniques from senior chefs.
  • Keep up to date with the latest allergen training.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and label food appropriately.
  • Share your knowledge with new kitchen staff.
