Andrew & Andrew Solicitors have an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with Conveyancing experience, with 0 to 3 years PQE. The position has become available due to growth within the conveyancing department and our positive rapport with Estate Agents and alike and our excellent reputation with clients. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of dealing and assisting with residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant and other complex areas of conveyancing.
You must have excellent communication and organisation skills and enjoy working as part of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, busy and hardworking team, with an excellent reputation for offering professional services and a busy workload as a result of actively growing the conveyancing division of the practice. Candidates are expected to manage their own caseloads, in addition to building and maintaining effective client relationships.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm 5 days a week with one hour for lunch. Work location – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer hybrid or part-time for this role, due to the nature of the work. Place of work: either Portsmouth, Emsworth or Wickham Offices.
