We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, validation, and manufacturing support of advanced telecommunications hardware. This role drives product development from concept to production, ensuring reliability, manufacturability, compliance, and performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in circuit design, telecom hardware, PCB development, validation, and manufacturing support. You will act as a technical leader within the R&D team, collaborating with mechanical, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design of telecom hardware including network infrastructure, radio systems, gateways, routers, switches, and embedded devices
- Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, and RF circuits
- Define system architectures and technical specifications
- Perform component selection, simulation, and design optimization
- Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and documentation
- Support FPGA, embedded processors, and high-speed interfaces
- Oversee multi-layer PCB design and layout
- Ensure signal/power integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal performance
- Design interfaces (Ethernet, fiber, USB, PCIe, SPI, I2C, UART)
- Develop systems aligned with industry standards
- Integrate technologies including Ethernet/IP, fiber optics, wireless, RF, synchronization, and telecom power (DC systems)
- Analyze performance and troubleshoot communication systems
- Develop and execute verification plans
- Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, etc.)
- Lead debugging and root cause analysis
- Verify performance, reliability, and compliance
- Support environmental and qualification testing (thermal & live testing)
- Apply DFM, DFT, and DFA principles
- Support NPI and production ramp-up
- Resolve production issues and improve yields
- Collaborate with suppliers on technical and lifecycle management
- Ensure regulatory and telecom compliance
- Support certification and testing
- Participate in quality and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain engineering documentation
- Lead design reviews and technical decisions
- Mentor engineers and technicians
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and schedules
- Assess technical risks and mitigation plans

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 8-15+ years in electronics and telecom hardware development
