Location: Working Throughout the UK
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine upgrade maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical installations and equipment.
- Fault finding and rectification previous experience would be desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical safe isolation procedure and safe working practices.
- Install, test, and inspect electrical components, including wiring, circuits, and panels, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults using technical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement system upgrades and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance logs.
- General electrical testing and awareness of required legislation.
- Some digital literacy and IT skills, with an understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Forms.
- Proven experience as a Field Services Technician in an industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (39hrs)
- Location: Virtual β will be required to travel to various locations across the UK.
- Expenses: All reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
- Resources Provided: Transport and tools will be supplied.
