My client is looking for an Operations Director to join their business on a permanent basis in the Flintshire area. The Operations Director will ideally have the following attributes:
- Engineering, Operations and Process Implementation experience
The Operations Director role will involve:
- Implementing systems to measure the effectiveness of all company related processes, internal and external, applying cost effective measures and providing timely, accurate and complete performance data reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Managing all KPI's and reporting to senior stakeholders on performance levels.
- Formulating, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the company's Health & Safety policy and procedures including risk assessments.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure service delivery is achieved on time, in full, in accordance with budget and quality standards, to fulfil the customers' expectations and with the most effective use of company resources.
- Management and coaching of operational team members including Production, Logistics, Procurement and Distribution.
- Appraising staff annually, evaluating performance, assessing knowledge and skills, dealing and resolving problems arising.
