They are looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and working directly with customers, but is looking to move into a more office-based, customer-facing role.
Working closely with both customers and the sales team, you'll provide technical advice, deliver product demonstrations, recommend solutions and help customers get the very best from the company's products.
Full product training will be provided.
Following successful completion of probation, hybrid working is available, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the sales team.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across the UK and international markets.

A full UK driving licence.
