JOB- HR Business Partner
LOCATION – Newton Abbot
SALARY- £55,000 – £60,000 per annum
TERM- Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Newton Abbot. This is a strategic role requiring a strong HR professional who can drive business performance through people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
- Experience in talent development, learning & development, or organisational development. To include implementing career development programmes, or workforce capability initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of issues.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in coaching and developing leadership teams.
- CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable.
