My client are specialists in the design and manufacture a variety of products using a selection of different processes to a range of different industries in the Frimley area. The successful candidate will have great knowledge of the ISO9001 standard and be experienced with developing and maintaining the Quality Management system.
The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
- Engineering background - preferably HNC qualified or equivalent work-based experience
- Strategic and methodical mindset
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Good knowledge of ISO9001 standard
- Ensuring compliance to quality standards and procedures
- Experience in a lean manufacturing environment or Six Sigma
- Good problem-solving skills with use of RCA tools
- Innovative, creative and good leadership qualities
