Andras Hotels is seeking a Senior Catering Chef to lead the kitchen operation at Magherabuoy Hotel in Portrush. You will deliver a weekly set menu for 100–150 guests across breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet environment, while overseeing food production, costs and staff.
The successful candidate will manage the kitchen team, ensure food safety, and work with site management to meet operational requirements, with structured hours and no split shifts.
