Your day to day
- Elevate every room to perfection by cleaning and servicing apartments to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc.
- Be a helpful and welcoming host, assisting guests with their needs and providing directions to local attractions when needed.
- Keep your Manager informed about room service progress and status.
- Report any cleaning equipment or machinery repairs to your Manager.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures; use cleaning supplies correctly and wear protective equipment when required.
- Comply with health, safety, fire, evacuation and security regulations.
- Manage supplies and amenities, minimise waste, and create an eco-conscious environment.
- Reunite lost items with owners and log any lost and found property.
- Support the team during busy periods and collaborate across departments as needed.
- Engage in deep cleaning projects to maintain an immaculate environment.
- Attend all relevant departmental, apartment and company training to develop skills.
