What is the job?
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day—creating a haven for relaxation or last-minute work.

About The Role
Your Day-to-Day
- Ensure rooms meet standards and are memorable for guests
- Assist guests with needs like toiletries or directions
- Update supervisor on room status and repairs
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
- Manage supplies efficiently and minimize waste
- Log lost and found items and reunite with owners
- Maintain a professional appearance with uniform and badge
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
- Assist with deep cleaning, turndown, and other duties
- Attend relevant training sessions
