What is the job?
To assist the Head Chef in ensuring that food preparation, production, and service meet high standards and comply with food hygiene regulations.

Hours: 40 hours

About The Role
Your daily tasks include delivering excellent guest service, preparing food according to recipes, supporting the team, maintaining hygiene standards, managing wastage and costs, and collaborating on menu development.

Skills Needed
Level 2 Diploma in Cooking, Food Hygiene Level 1, minimum 2 years experience, flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and good knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Level 3 Diploma in Cooking, excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently, delegate, and manage stock control and COSHH regulations.
