Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the hotel from sunset to sunrise as Night Supervisor.
- Manage guest expectations and ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Maintain security of the hotel, perform regular night‑time walks, and act as fire warden.
- Assist other departments to provide excellent service.
- Receive and process cash and credit card transactions, reconcile F&B and reception tills.
- Run nightly reports from hotel software and complete management reports.
- Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Night Manager.
- Front‑office duties: welcome guests, check‑in/check‑out, answer telephone, upsell services, resolve issues.
- Food & Beverage duties: set up breakfast, serve food and beverages, maintain equipment cleanliness, comply with service sequence.
- Clean and set up conference/meeting rooms, public areas, and facilitate housekeeping tasks when required.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and receive goods per procedure.
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic IT proficiency.
- Clear understanding of English.
- At least 6 months experience in Front Office or as a Night Porter.
