- Position: Housekeeping Team Member (Holiday Inn, 40 Hope Street, Belfast)
Type: Part‑time, 16–32 hours per week. Salary £10.40–£12.94 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms and suites to maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Assist guests with requests such as toothbrushes or directions.
- Update supervisor on room service progress and report any repair needs.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and amenities and minimise waste.
- Reunite lost items with owners and log lost‑and‑found property.
- Wear uniform and name badge professionally.
- Participate in ad‑hoc duties, deep cleaning projects, turndown service, and other assigned tasks.
- Attend all relevant departmental, hotel, and company training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Excellent time‑management skills and flexibility with working hours.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Fluency in English, both speaking and understanding.
