Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE when needed
- Be organised – manage supplies and amenities and minimise waste
- Reunite items with owners and log lost and found items
- Wear uniform and name badge with pride
- Assist with other duties as assigned and participate in ad-hoc tasks
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, minimising waste
- Report and log all lost and found items per departmental procedures
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure quality and service
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties
- Attend all relevant departmental, hotel, and company training
Skills:
- Able to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
