Salary: Up to ÂŁ14.49 per hour

Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the hotel from sunset to sunrise, ensuring guest expectations are met and brand standards are maintained.
- Maintain the safety and security of guests and the hotel.
- Manage front office duties: greet guests, check‑in/out, telephone, upsell services, resolve issues, process transactions, comply with health and safety procedures, and report incidents.
- Prepare and serve breakfast, manage food & beverage service, ensure preparation, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Run nightly reports using hotel software and complete required management reports.
- Reconcile F&B and reception tills and floats.
- Act as Duty Manager in the absence of Night Manager, ensuring smooth night operation.
- Perform safety and security duties: night walks, basic first aid, fire warden responsibilities, handle difficult guests, contact emergency services, remove hazards.
- Support housekeeping, conference rooms, public areas, receive goods, and perform minor maintenance tasks.
- Adopt hotel brand behaviours and deliver “Hamptonality” service quality: friendly, authentic, caring, thoughtful, and creative.

Requirements
- Experience within a customer service role.
- Basic level of IT proficiency.
- Minimum 6 months experience of night shift work.
