Location: 355-367 Lisburn Road
Hours: 24 hours (part‑time)
Pay Rate: £10.00–£12.44 per hour (age dependent)

About The Role

Your Day to Day

• Achieve individual and departmental targets and objectives.
• Clean and service rooms/apartments or areas to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitising bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc.
• Greet guests, welcome and assist with any requests or directions; refer unsolvable requests to the Housekeeper supervisor or Duty Manager.
• Keep trolleys and storerooms well stocked, tidy and locked at night.
• Monitor supplies and minimise waste.
• Report lost property to the supervisor.
• Notify the supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in working order and report faults.
• Use cleaning supplies correctly according to standards.
• Comply with health, safety, fire, evacuation and security regulations.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
• Adopt apartment cleaning behaviours.
• Participate in training, briefings and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed

We are looking for candidates who meet the following:

Required Criteria

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• High standards of attention to detail.
• Strong time‑management skills, flexible with working hours.
• Clear English speaking and understanding.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.

Desired Criteria

• Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Experience in hospitality, care provider or retail sectors.
