Are you energetic, creative, highly organised and passionate about making a real difference to students' lives? We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-centred Student Events and Study+ Co-ordinator to join our Student Experience team. Reporting to the Director of Inclusion, this exciting role will lead the development and delivery of our vibrant Study+ enrichment programme, including our students events calendar, across both Sparsholt and Andover College campuses.

About the Role:At Sparsholt College Group, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom. Through Study+, we provide students with opportunities to develop confidence, skills, wellbeing, belonging and personal growth through a range of clubs, societies, events, enrichment activities and leadership opportunities. We want Study+ to be what makes a student’s study programme unique to them.
As the Student Events and Study+ Co-ordinator, you will:
- Lead, develop and promote the College's Study+ programme across both campuses.
- Design and deliver an inclusive enrichment offer that reflects student interests, supports wellbeing and enhances the student experience.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, residential staff and support services to ensure enrichment opportunities are engaging, meaningful and accessible to all learners.
- Plan and facilitate a wide range of student events, including Freshers' Fairs, cultural celebrations, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion activities, charity events and initiatives.
- Deliver a range of activities yourself, bringing energy, enthusiasm and creativity to every session.
- Support and develop student leadership opportunities through the Student Association and wider Student Government structures.
- Gather and respond to student feedback, ensuring students remain at the heart of shaping the enrichment offer.
- Work with the residential team to offer a range of social activities for students living onsite at the college.
- Help ensure our enrichment programme aligns with current FE sector priorities, supporting personal development, inclusion, wellbeing, progression and student success.
This role will play a key part in embedding the College's commitment to inclusion and belonging throughout the student experience. You will help ensure our enrichment programme reflects our inclusive culture and contributes to the College's wider Personal Development and Inclusion objectives, supporting students from all backgrounds to thrive.
