The Equine Centre is entering an exciting period of growth, and we are seeking a highly organised individual to join our team as an administrator.
About the role: This role will have a particular focus on supporting the Equine Centre in all aspects of administration and organisation. The post holder will be the first point of contact for all Equine Centre enquiries, be responsible for organising meetings, maintaining and updating database and other systems, producing correspondence, reports, invoices and other documents and liaising closely with other college departments, staff, and external organisations as required by the Equine Centre Manager. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the equine industry and a proactive approach to supporting the Centre's continued development. Working hours may include some weekend cover. The post holder will be based at the Equine Centre, Sparsholt campus.
