Job Description

Under the direction of the Assistant Principal and in liaison with the Student Wellbeing Co-ordinator and academic teams, you will focus on learner attendance, retention, and success. Your responsibilities include providing regular learner review meetings to support students in accessing all aspects of the College curriculum and achieving their learning goals.

This role initially involves supporting students mainly enrolled in vocational courses. It is crucial in helping the College attain outstanding levels of student retention and achievement by tracking and monitoring learners\’ academic progress, attendance, and welfare concerns. You will also identify learners facing learning barriers, support their full potential, and coordinate with college specialist services. Additionally, you will deliver group tutorials and personal development activities.

Requirements

The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for working with young people, a proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate your workload effectively, prioritise, and multitask.

Start Date

We are looking for colleagues to join us at the start of the 2025/26 academic year.
