Learning Resources Assistant

  • Salary: Up to £24,243 FTE (dependent upon qualifications and experience) (pro rata if part-time)
  • Working Pattern: Part-time (26 hours per week, 38 weeks per year)

  • Are you passionate about supporting student learning and providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our friendly library team within the Learning Resources department.

    As a Learning Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students and staff access and use a wide range of online and paper-based resources. You’ll provide front-line support, including counter work, shelving stock, and supporting students with basic IT queries.

    This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work on projects within the Library/Study Centres/DigiHubs. You will contribute to a range of exciting projects such as:

  • Assisting with training workshops
  • Creating and curating engaging content
  • Developing useful learning resources to assist academic staff
