Andover College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated hourly paid Lecturer in Maths to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching maths and who wants to make a difference to learners' confidence, progress and achievement.
What we're looking for:
- A motivated, student‑centred leader who is passionate about Maths education.
- Commitment to helping learners achieve their full potential.
- Enthusiasm for teaching GCSE/Functional Skills maths classes at our Andover campus.
- IT literate with a recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to attain one (support will be given).

- Desirable: a specialist qualification at level 4 or above in Maths.
Key qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of a grade 4/C in English and maths at GCSE level (or equivalent).
