We are hiring for a Senior Software Engineer who will work in an Embedded Software and Driver Development Team extending and enhancing Andor's innovative scientific product portfolio. The role extends to embedded software and driver development, product requirements management, quality testing strategy and development and support for customer queries and production support.

The Senior Software Engineer will have:

  • BSc/BEng qualification in Electrical and Electronic/Software Engineering/Physics or equivalent qualification OR equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in using C or C++ for Windows object oriented design using industry standard techniques and tool source control
  • Experience in the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to test and support.

This position is based at our Belfast headquarters on a hybrid working model. Please note on this occasion we are unable to provide sponsorship for visa applicants for this particular post, as such applicants must hold the right to work in the UK to be eligible.
