We are hiring for a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager who will provide leadership to continuously develop and improve H&S strategy and management programmes. The HSE Manager will embed and maintain a culture of safety and well-being across our business. Integral to this position is the ability to drive H&S behavioural culture, ensuring the engagement and commitment of all internal and external stakeholders. The HSE Manager will contribute towards strategic planning in relation to health, safety and be responsible for effective and efficient management and operation of health and safety policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with recent and relevant health and safety regulations and requirements.

The role holder will:

  • Guide our tactical approach of building Health and Safety into everything we do in effective, understandable, measurable ways.
  • Build a network with supervisors and managers, to understand the unique challenges they and their teams face.
  • Work with the network to collectively deliver occupational health and safety messaging in a way that is understood and embraced through safety practices that improve and enhance working conditions.

The HSE Manager will have:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience of auditing, risk assessments and incident management.
  • 5 years health and safety management experience within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations in the UK and Ireland.

This permanent position is based onsite at our Belfast headquarters. Closing date for applications is Tuesday 10th March 2026.
