Following an internal promotion we are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will report into the Finance Manager working within a small, fast paced finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for customers in the EMEA, China and Rest of Asia regions. The main tasks are customer invoicing, credit control, and cash postings. Key Responsiblities include: Accounts Receivable Sales invoicing - Responsible for the timely processing of invoices and forwarding to customers on daily basis. Sales Credits - processing credit notes on customers' accounts following relevant approval from management and forwarding to customers Statements - Producing customer statements following month end
