Your Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Identify clients\’ desires, requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Research, coordinate, and arrange all travel details, including accommodations, rentals, transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and tickets.
• Generate quotes, create itineraries, and prepare invoices.
• Stay informed about industry changes and travel restrictions.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet, computer, or smart device.
• Availability for webinars and meetings.
• Self-motivated, positive, eager to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
