What you'll bring to the table:
- Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills, ideally in data, analytics or digital environments.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to uncover the real business problem rather than simply capture stated requirements.
- Ability to translate between business and technical teams, turning sometimes ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Good understanding of data, analytics and data products – enough to work effectively with data engineers, analysts and architects and get into the detail when needed.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including confidence working directly with client stakeholders.
- Experience supporting products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
- A strong focus on business outcomes, adoption and value, rather than seeing delivery as complete once a technical solution has been built.
- Curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership, challenging thinking and bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
